1. Ok, so I've been hanging around this site for a little while now and before I know it I'm a Zoo Baby! Time to step up and make myself properly known.

Have been a fan since I was 10 in 1987 when the lads released their masterpiece the Joshua Tree. I'm still in awe of their staying power and energy and their remarkablly diverse material over the past 3 decades. I'm still coming to terms with their decision not to tour Australia during the Elevation Tour.

I've been a member of U2.com for a couple of years but their forums suck majorly. I've also come to the conclusion that U2start.com is quite possibly the best website in the history of websites. It has started an unsatiable appetite for bootlegs and iPod ready video concerts. I love your work boys. The Bootleg Round Table looks interesting. I've already downloaded a few shows as a result of discussions there. Is the BRT ready for a new member?

A few top fives to finish off...

Top five fashion crimes committed by U2: 1. Bono's appalling mullet during The Unforgettable Fire era 2. Bono's tight black pants and high boots during same 3. Adam's afro during the early 1980's 4. Bono and Edge's stetson hats during the Joshua Tree and Rattle and Hum era 5. Bono's jacket during the European leg of Vertigo Tour - Michael Jackson's Thriller

Other notable offences: Deciding not to tour Australia during the Elevation Tour and Colloborating with Mary J. Blige on One.

Top five U2 remixes: 1. Lemon (Perfecto Remix) 2. Mofo (Phunk Phorce Remix) 3. Even Better Than The Real Thing (Perfecto Remix) 4. Beautiful Day (Quincey and Sonance Remix) 5. Lady with the Spinning Head (Extended Dance Remix)

Top five tours: 1. ZooTV 2. Popmart 3. Joshua Tree 4. Vertigo 5. The Unforgettable Fire

Top five album covers 1. Achtung Baby 2. Rattle and Hum 3. War 4. The Joshua Tree 5. Boy

Well, greetings everyone! It's great to be here in what is clearly the best U2 community in the world!

P.S. I'm hanging out for U23D which hits Australia on April 10.
