1. I like the Please intro but the New Years eve one or Slane both give me shivers every time

  2. The New Years Eve one should give you the shivers > you're from Dublin after all.

  3. Haha yeh true but I'm hoping that the shivers are universal It's even better because it was before I was born I'm going off to watch it again xD

    Yes, those shivers are universal!
  5. Must say Streets is rather dead on me, even the most thrilling versions. Hope it will be alive soon..
  6. Transitions from Running and Please were good, but I felt they were far too long. I prefer Bad. Also Amazing Grace snippet works well after One.
  7. Viewing the 360 DVD a few days ago for first time, I've gotta say I'm disappointed with Amazing Grace. Even "You'll Never Walk Along" snippet was better.
Give me something that stands this version apart from the rest. Something. Some extra feeling in the chorus...I don't care. At the moment it's too much like Vertigo version.

  8. Bono's voice during Amazing Grace is too strained.

I prefer Bad / Please / Desmond Tutu
  9. I think no lead in works the best. I think it worked great as an intro on the Joshua Tree tour, and some concerts of the Lovetown tour, like the new years eve one. That show is beyond epic, I never get tired of listening to it.

It also works well as a sort of, pick me up song near the end of their set as well, which is the path they've taken for most of the time the song has been out. If I had to choose I'd say either RTSS from the ZooTV tour, or All I Want Is you from Slane.
  10. Maybe they should try closing with it
