    Sound advice

And Aaron, I'm impressed with the improvement in your posts and forum-responsibility

Damn I'm glad I'm not stateside then, I can't stand the heat...I prefer our current spell of rain and cold wind

But yeah, catching up on sleep is a must - I came home at half 12 this afternoon from 6th form (this is a vague stab at trying to return to the topic, what with me being a student, although I apologise for this potential act of spamming lol ) and crashed out until half 4, most rewarding. Half of it was due to having a stinking headache, in all fairness (although before anyone suggests "you should take a painkiller", I have tried every painkiller available via. the counter and none work for me, so I usually just put up with it or go to sleep ), but I woke up feeling bright and breezy, which improved things somewhat...
