I heard "Miami first, possibly in October" a month and a half back from a well informed source, so it's definitely not something that was said in the heat of cocktails and party.

Now, we're looking at less than three if these rumors were true. Forget celebrities, it leaves no time for all of our self-employed, well off world traveller friends that are fortunate enough to afford and see every show on the tour to put their itineraries together and book all their hotels and find someone to watch their dogs for months...

Point taken, but If I recall correctly, 360 tickets went on sale shortly after NLOTH came out (first week of March) and the first show in Barcelona was June 30...so that was just under four months. This wouldn't be too far off, then. Plus, as others have noted, this will be a continuation of the i&e tour. So apart from making sure they are able to play some of the newer songs, they won't need a ton of time to be ready. This isn't like PopMart when they were scrambling to launch a massive, entirely new show, right?

I would love this to be true. If that's the case, shouldn't somebody be like, working out or training or practicing for tour. I know Adam's somewhere doing sit-ups.

Haha yeah - I think Bono is usually the first to admit that he always needs to get back in shape for a tour. 3 months!

I genuinely worry about him. Somewhere Larry is scowling.
  6. Re: Cow Palace. Awesome name aside, its a weird venue for sure, but its a legit concert one. They played their first SF gig here if memory serves, back in 1983? It was one of Bill Graham's favorite venues for years.
  7. not buying into those rumors. seems way too short notice despite the "pro" arguments.

At this point, we're not sure. Right? Rumors are all over the spectrum. And with a massive show like Pop or 360, there is much more pressure to stay on a deadline. Will this be the same show? Are they staying indoors, moving outdoors? You tell me. It only takes a dream one night by one of these guys to change the whole idea/concept of a vision...

And NLOTH/360 Tour... I think they were in a rush to get on the road after the response to the record.

    We'll find out soon enough...
  9. I'm sitting in a car dealership buying a new car and " People Have the Power " is starting... I'm looking around to see if Bono is here.
It's a sign, tour is soon!
FYI that's not a song that usually is on in car dealerships

I know for sure they played there on Unforgettable Fire...
