    I don't think so. This is kinda the formula. I would expect a reveal of a new song or 2 at the upcoming shows and early 2017 release with either simultaneous tour announcement or shortly after release. I wish it were coming fall like previously anticipated, but my guess is right now they are at that U2 point where something great happened late and they decided it had to go album and are playing with final track listing. Thats my prediction and I'm sticking with it.
    I would love for them to surprise us this fall like they did with SOI, but if the RS quote is true this might end up being like NLOTH - finished in 08 and then pushed back to 09...

  5. So I haven't been around for the past few weeks until I saw the update regarding no new album in 2016. Do we think this is legit or should we not take it too seriously?

    I keep in mind that prior to the SOI Apple release, there was an "official" statement that the band would not perform/be involved. It could be a fake out. I hope it is.

  8. Actually, I forgot they are headlining the concert to be held at the Dreamforce convention in October, so they may release something there and formally announce their partnership.
  9. If the album release will be in 2017 I'm not sure that they will play something new at iHeart, but let us hope.
