1. Less.
Coldplay, The Killers, Lil Wayne, Jason Derulo etc. all had 20-25 minute sets the last year, and there's no reason to think U2 might enjoy a longer slot. And you can't fit more than 4-5 songs in 20 minutes. I'd say 6 maximum, with no Bono speeches whatsoever (can you imagine!?).
  2. What kind of festival is giving their headlining acts 25 minutes to perform? That's ridiculous.

    Muse did 7 in 2013
  4. A "festival" so full of headliners and only one stage.

What's ridiculous is... Who the hell spends >$400 in a ticket to see 25 minutes of their favourite band?

    Rich people.
  6. I watched Green Day and Muse perform there, so akward, bands like that should not play there
  7. True, they had an exceptionally long slot, but 2015 saw slots being comprised to 20-25 minutes and I suspect they'll stick to that formula.
  8. Meanwhile The Killers are playing a festival here this weekend, then doin a late night show at a club for $95 a ticket... I dig you guys and all, but for $95, I'll fork out $25 more and a weekend pass for the festival, you included.
  9. I think that 30 minute slot will be important for them to show us what they're about. It'd really be a bummer to see Beautiful Day, Vertigo, I Still Haven't Found, Streets, I Will Follow, and One as their set. I'm hoping they come with some confidence and play some new material. I'm not saying they should play all new songs (even though that'd be amazing), but they've been working on new stuff long enough to have at least one or two songs ready
