1. Have you ever appreciated hiphop apart from all this?
  2. - nvm -

  3. no credits u2 for the song by Lamar
  4. only names on the top
  5. No, and I never will. It has no melody. Hip hop music has nothing to do with U2. So why doing it U2?
  6. Good track, I wished there was more U2, but the Bono singing part really reminds me of Pop.
  7. To me it's crap. It sounds like if they fabricated it within a few minutes.
  8. Are we still talking about Kendrick here, or U2's output post-2000?
  9. We are still talking about Kendrick here yes.

If you don't understand why U2 does collaborations, then you don't understand U2.
  11. And if it reminds you of POP. Then you don't understand POP.
  12. I think its more the grove of the bass and drum as well as Bono's kinda smooth vocal style that reminds people of POP. Its almost lazy kinda like Velvet Dress or Playboy Mansion. The grove reminds me a bit of Million Dollar Hotel

While I don't really enjoy hip hip as a genre, I wouldn't call it crap. People have different tastes in music. Many people also say U2 are crap, but we don't - its all subjective.
