1. Bush, Armstrong....is Bono now a member of a club of criminals?
  2. I don't like what Armstrong did and I don't particularly like him but I wouldn't go as far as calling him a criminal. I love my sport but at the end of the day someone cheating to win something isn't the worst thing that's going on the world. Bush is a different matter right enough. I still agree with people though saying it's not the kind of crowd you want bono in, he's maybe just being polite though, at his stage of life he's probably not wanting to be overly confrontational, a lot of what he says and does now is about being peaceful.
  3. I accuse my mate of "doing a lance Armstrong" on the golf course earlier today.
    - lose a couple of balls then start cheating

That's kinda funny! Lance actually did a good interview on the Howard Stern Show a few months ago. Seems like the humble pie has been good for his character. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8qJ8slJ6n6Y

  5. Indeed. Always two sides. See Aung San Suu Kyi.
  6. truth is the sword of us all. and when it comes to politics and policy, it truly lies in the eye of the beholder...
