1. That made me almost spit my breakfast out. In 35 years of following U2 I can't remember seeing Bono lip sync, apart from NYD and 2Hearts on TOTP but at least they were performed along with a live performance of said songs.
But I could be wrong about never miming before.
  2. Not lip sync, you can actually hear him sing over the original song... which still has his vocals in. Easy to hear the doubling of the vocals actually. Which is weird, why wouldn't they just remove his vocals so he can sing it himself alone ?
    He's basically overdubbing himself.

Personnaly I like Adam's light touch though. But I just wouldn't consider this as a U2 performance at all, it's just Kygo "playing" his song with an added bonus...
  3. Still better than the acoustic performance from San Diego.

personally i think its terrible.....if other bands see this im gonna poo my my pants, this is sorry pure crap. i cannot believe they agreed to do that.i don't like ever hating on U2 on a U2 site but this is terrible. i hope its a one off.
  5. Same band that performed at the super bowl....
  6. It’s pretty sad.... Even the same band that performed ordinary love on fallon haha They have taken a turn real quick imo.... Imagine what a Bono even of 10 years ago let alone 30 would think ahaha
