  6. The only thing I can come up with is that people have been calling for a self aid like event for Dublin's gigantic and shamefull homeless problems. But there are 0 concrete plans for it ATM.
    Don't see the busking happening with Bono again. He wasn't there last year, and the artists still there got shut down b.c. of crowd control ?
