  4. They use to gift their friends with the ingredients of the Black Velvet cocktail (aka champagne and Guinness). That's why seeing some flowers instead of alcohol was shocking!

    I didn't know about Slash though @welsh_edge, they definitely didn't think that one through

    Yeah. Not thought out at all. But, it also could be them directing management to "send something nice" and have the pre-signed notes handy for just such occasions. Who knows... It's only rock-n-roll!

  7. Yeah, I'm rather sure it's a management task. I doubt Bono checks out www.dublinconcerts.ie and read the whole list of artists playing Dublin trying to spot some of their friend bands
