  6. This has pissed me right off. I contract work to the NHS Wales as part of my Arts Therapy provision to mental health patients and children who are long term sick. I am constantly fighting for funding for my patients benefit, especially from Powys Teaching Health Board.
    Here we see these so-called 'executives' just abuse the whole mechanics of funding. For shame. I could make that sum of money stretch considerably to benefit a lot more patients in many more hospitals for decades. I hope these charlatans get prison sentences.
