I think the album they are working on is the rock one. When Bono mentioned SOA not too long ago it sounded like something that they’d already been working on for numerous years, possibly they were at a stage of constantly tweaking and just want to get the album out there now and fully focus on the rock one. Just a theory but you never know. Maybe Ahimsa will be on it and they’ll play that to advertise the album.

So assuming they did start the show at 8.30 local time, by 9.00 they would be at about the Streets mark? Funny time to broadcast news to the world... and they couldn't do the announcement between Pride and Streets and ruin that terrible segue that they love so much![]()
My point is, I wonder if the announcement will be during the show or before they start the show?
