    Worth such a big announcement?
  2. This is U2
  3. Sorry.. why is anyone upset by this news? It’s a goddamn u2 radio station
  4. I'm not upset, just not sure why they choose to make the announcement on stage? In a country the radio station isn't available?
  5. Damn that's awesome...

    *cries in FM radio*
  6. It’s cool, not worth a broadcasted announcement. Hope to get some good bootlegs and demos (FROM 1996!?!?!?!?) that will be played.

There are no countries anymore, only Facebook.
  8. Adam summed it up perfectly "I'm not entirely sure what this is"
  9. I enjoyed their limited run channel before so I am happy about this news. I can see how it will be underwhelming for a lot of fans especially around the world though.
  10. I think they should kinda keep that sort of promo stuff out of the middle of a concert, to me a U2 gig is a sacred thing almost. As Larry might say, "It just doesn't feel right".

Whatever next... Bono: Ok this next one is 'With Or Without You' and is sponsored tonight by Nutella.
  11. I think you're all taking the fact that they talked about it at a show too seriously. It's not a big deal lol.

Isn't that what Bono has been doing with ONE for almost 15 years now? I know it's obviously very different things but you get the point.

(I kind of agree with you btw)
