    "Adam Clayton has finally found what he's looking for. The U2 bassist is a father. He had a child with a French woman early last year. For years, Adam was the only one in the world-famous band who wasn't a parent. "

  7. usually the Irish Independent is a quite reliable source, nothing like The Sun or anything alike. Still, I'm not buying this until any of the band will comment on it. I'd be happy for Adam though

    My favourite Adam Clayton rumour is that he put his body in front of Bono in 1987 during a show in America's deep south during Pride (In the Name of Love) to protect his friend from an alleged death threat.

  10. I think that out of all of the members, Adam would be the coolest Dad. Bono would always be off being a diplomat and things like that, Larry would be kind of strict, Edge would be alright, but he would be a typical "nerdy dad." Adam is the one that would let the kids have cake for breakfast, and help them come up with excuses for not turning in homework.
