1. The first part sounds like it could've been on Pop (still very HTDAAB/ATYCLB) . Then when the clip ends, the song presumably goes into the chorus which sounded very HTDAAB-ish
Still find it odd that they're not credited, and that the song isn't featured on the soundtrack.

And am I the only one who thinks the song totally does NOT fit that scene

Well they were credited. That is where we got the info that the song was produced by RedOne. It was like "North Star by U2. Lyrics by Bono, produced by RedOne"
  3. Has anyone heard the full version of North Star form Transformers (by the talk here i say you have...)? So where can I find it?
    Thanks
  4. Liked how that sounded in the movie clip. Im a big fan of this song
  5. They're playing it in Miami right now! Must mean that it's still in their minds for a possible new single

  6. From 0:42 up to 1:38 he used my photo's in this clip without letting me know anything Not that I care but it would be polite if the one who made this at least mentioned it right? Great version of North Star by the way Realy want to hear the full Transformers 3 version. It's not on the original soundtrack right?
  7. I like the clip , hate the piano in it
  8. I think the piano's pretty classy, nice touch.
  9. Nice article on U2 on the Sunday Independent, by Brendan o Connor. I couldn't find the original text, but here's an Italian translation:

The bottom line is: get back to the roots, and to Ireland and the Irish, if you don't want to end up doing another greatest hits tour, like the Stones... kind of agree!
