I just started listening to Glasvegas and I think they're awesome. I love the sort of atmospheric quality to their songs...lots of layers. "Whatever Hurts You Through the Night" is an amazing piece of work.

U2 won GQ Magazine's 'Band of the Year' award last night. Personally, I think it's hilarious that guys who for so many years were the anti-style are now winning style prizes. Now if we can just keep Bono away from the hats of much taller men, he'll be doing well.
