1. Vertigo was pretty massive too.
  2. Vertigo was big in the number of shows howver overall the number of NA location was smaller...Boston had 7 shows, NY had 8 and Chicago 6, 4 in Toronto and 12 in the state of Califorina. Which overall represents about 50% of the shows...less traveling = easier on the band.

We're the most isolated frigging country in the world basically, especially when it comes to music. So I couldn't care less about what U2 do for this next tour, as long as it hits our shores..

And when u live in Adelaide u still miss out even when they do come to Australia.

Bono did say "Adelaide, we'll see you next time" when they were in Melbourne for the 360 shows, fingers crossed that happens.

  4. Yeah I forgot this when I said that But like someone else said it was less places and more shows. 360 felt so global to me, they played freakin' Russia!

DID THEY REALLY? I DON'T REMEMBER THIS
  6. Edit* Yeah I just looked it up haha I was reading the livetopic from that show :') oh the memories of 360!
  7. I didnt know they played Russia during 360.

On a side note, do most bands who tour Europe go to Finland? Random question i know.
  8. Going to Russia was a pretty dumb Decision, what's next China? North Korea?

Even though it entirely sucks, sometimes if it's a band you truly want to see - you have to do a bit of traveling. Who else did Adelaide miss out on this year? Aerosmith, ZZ Top as two I can think of.

  11. I could see them playing China perfectly. I think you mean this by the Russian disrespect towards Human Rights, but Human Rights are violated sistematically in the United States too (death penalty and torture anyone?) and no one says anything about it I don't want to get too political, but your statement is basically wrong.
