There is being political and talking political. U2 talk political now. Political bands write political songs and play them songs as their protest. U2 have the songs (SBS, Bullet, Walk On) but then choose to talk aswell. They don't have enough faith in their own music to do their talking for them. If they did then they would have played Walk On the other night with no mention of yer woman. They got it right with SBS the other night though, play the song, show the colour and scroll some text. No need for a speech, point proven in the song.
