1. Lmao if anyone actually thinks U2 will drop their biggest songs, they're sadly and incredibly mistaken and apparently don't know much about U2. Yes they dropped Pride for a bit on the last tour, they dropped WOWY for a bit on Vertigo, but to drop as many as some of you are hoping? Fat chance.
  2. dylbagz said they'll have to drop "some" warhorses, and I can't help agreeing. I think they will drop Mysterious Ways, Pride and the ocassional WOWY and I Still Haven't Found. Can't see them ditching Streets or any of the "new classics" (Vertigo, Walk On, BD, Elevation, COBL).
  3. It really all depends on the new album. How it sounds, the tone of it, and whether or not, as Adam said (at some point) it "catches fire". If it isn't popular than it won't dictate anything.
  4. If they play Walk On any more I'm going to take a 5 minute nap. That song is an Elevation tour song, and the 360 tour did a great job of whole-heartedly proving that fact.
  5. Walk On is not a warhorse, regardless if U2 play it next tour or not. The reaction to it is nowhere near as strong as One or Streets.

But OMG we are so off topic!
  6. Cross-posted from the Bon Jovi thread, and semi-back on topic:

"Unlike if this were, God forbid, the Edge, and he for some reason couldn't make a U2 show, [then] it would be very difficult to just step in," he said.

-Richie Sambora on his own absence from Bon Jovi's tour.
  7. any of you guys able to tab the acoustic sunday bloody sunday? I'm having trouble getting the intro right he plays it a bit different to normal...

  8. Shot this portrait of Edge last week in the studio where U2 are working on their new album which is due out later this year..

This shot is part of a new series of portraits I'm currently working on. I'm aiming to exhibit this new work before the end of '13.
