But the thing that most saddened me after Letterman is his last words: 'Bono, co-founder of One and Red...' What about Bono, frontman of U2?

I thought the same while watching it, but then I realized the interview wasn't aimed at U2 at all, but at Bono's side activities mostly. Still it isn't nice to hear that final words, you're right.

  2. I think it's time for me to stay away from this topic. Way too over exaggerated. Music output slows down with age. It's a fact. Deal with it. Wow.
  3. Bono will appear on the Global Citizen festival today, as you might know. Live stream from 4 PM New York time (10 PM standard European time, 9 PM UK time) here:

    http://festival.globalcitizen.org/

(you have to register in order to be able to watch the stream)
  4. Great line-up by the way, I'd gladly pay for seeing all those artists, but Newyorkers are getting them for free...

  5. Rumours say U2 will be the main opening act during the WC 2014.
  6. An Irish band in Brasil ?
  7. Bono at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, NYC

I can already hear conspiracy theorists shouting all over the internet :'BONO ILLUMINATI' or something like that.
  8. Every time I go away from, and return to, U2START Bono always finds a way to grow more insufferable.

Don't worry though, soon we'll get a leak hear something potentially great - and then they'll overproduce the fuck out of it.

  9. +1

And don't worry, mine will be finished before the end of the year.

He was just signed to JAY Z's Roc Nation; all the illuminati together.
