    I love that Slash has a public respect for U2. He backed them on the iTunes thing and he tweets thanks to them for something like this. I feel as though the big rockers normally pass of U2 as lame, but I respect Slash even more for not doing that.
  4. Wow. Plane got damaged, emergency landing, everyone's OK...
  5. The plane wasn't in danger of crashing. It wasn't reported as an emergency landing either. A luggage compartment door (smth like this) got lost so to speak. No worries
  6. wow, glad nothing happened. I know they travel by plane several times a week even, but for someone who hates them it's easily terrifying news...
  7. So apparently it was really close, more than is written above. Luggage fell out of the sky along with a luggage compartment door. Along with some damage to the tail section of the plane. Heavy stuff.

    On a brighter note: let's hope there is a suitcase somewhere in someone's backyard with two new CD's, that show up soon on Piratebay

    Thanks Remy for de-dramatising what could have been a truly dramatic event . Indeed, let's hope a few CDs fell in the right garden... OMG anyway, and... phew!
