  2. Recovery has been more difficult than I thought... As I write this, it is not clear that I will ever play guitar again. The band have reminded me that neither they nor Western civilization are depending on this.

    I really hope this isn't the end of Bono's guitar-playing days, but I trust Bono knows what he needs best.

    I just hope he didn't underestimate all of this and will be 100% in shape on May 14, which I doubt a bit reading all of this.
  12. He still got 4 months to get there. And he's probably surrounded by the best people to help his recovery. Don't worry.
