I already completely disliked the Paris cut for European TV.

I know, that's why I didn't buy it. I watched the original youtube broadcast live (woke up at 4:30 AM and all that stuff) and it was ok - but when the DVD was announced, I was pissed that they'd taken Breathe (THE SHOW OPENER!!!!!!! for Gods sake) out, so I didn't buy it on release day as I would have normally done... Then I saw how terrible it looked on some youtube previews and just skipped it altogether. I think I've never sat through the whole concert - I've watched bits and particular songs every now and then (mainly Unknown Caller, UTEOTW, TUF, Streets, Ultraviolet and MOS) but never the whole thing in a row. And that's not a good thing to say about one of your your favourite's band live releases

Is the US cut different from the European?

I never liked their editing of official live stuff - don't expect that to change this time. The EU edit of HBO I turned off after a few minutes, the band wasn't even on stage. I watch a U2 show to see U2, not hundreds of faces I don't know within a few minutes.
Might glance at the bonus part, tho.
