It blew me and my 18yr old son away.

    Respect to Dale Winton.
    Certainly beats Supermarket Sweep.
  2. Whilst in my mate's car with some friends last night (we were popping off to Tesco to get some grub) we had Radio 1 on, and Zane Low played The Airborne Toxic Event's "Sometime Around Midnight", was supremely chuffed because it's the first time in years that I heard something on mainstream radio that I actually like lol.

I actually didn't mind Radio 1 as I was gavaunting through England last year LOL. Seemed to have a hard on for Arctic Monkeys and Kings of Leon though...oh and Rihannon!

  4. I actually heard THBAO this summer at a Burger King in the middle of Illinois. I don't know if it was a radio station or pumped in sattlelite radio. Either way it was quite a pleasant surprise.
  5. i'v heard U2 Dancing Bearfoot on the radio before, i think it was a dutch station
  6. Yesterday I heard Clocks by Coldplay on the most fuckin' only-stupid-commercial-music-playing station of the country. And would you believe, I also heard Streets there about 3 weeks ago! Doesn't happen very often they play some good music
  7. Heard "Seconds" on the radio yesterday.

The local radio station is running a listener-chosen list of the top 94 alternative albums of all time. If you're curious as to what they've shown so far, click here: http://947.fm/pages/191007.php?

  8. Same on Arrow here, top 100 albums of all time.
  9. Was in the uni. pub earlier, one of the bar staff must have the '80s-'90s Best Of because they played Desire and then Sweetest Thing on the overhead - I dearly died from the shock lol.
  10. Russel Brand. . . .
  11. Heard Desire and David Bowie's Modern Love on my work's radio (_O_)...and One ft. Blidge
