  1. I quite literally stumbled on this place accidentally a few minutes ago looking for u2 2008 remaster info.
    Hi folks I'm INCA from Hawaii. Who knows I may have met a lot of you during the Elevation US tour, especially at San Diego, San Jose, Anaheim and on the 3rd leg from Austin 2001-11-05 until Miami 2001-12-02. Anyway I thought I'd say hello.
    When U2 came to Hawaii on 2006-12-09, they finally fulfilled the wish I'd had since 1987.

    Welcome to site!!! It's great, isn't it?

    U2 also fulfilled a dream of mine to go to Hawaii!! It was Amazing!! What a beautiful island Oahu is!!
    When we were there we stopped in at a 7Eleven and the lady says "Are you enjoying Hawaii?" I said "Yes it's great here, but... were going to see U2 tonight" The lady says " You mean to tell me you came all the way to Hawaii just to see U2?" What could I say but the truth, "Yes and Pearl Jam too!!" Anyway, We climbed Diamond Head, Ate pineapple, Swam at Hanuama Bay, Checked out the waves at North Shore, Saw the set of LOST, Went to Walmart, walked around Wikiki, and was in a sea of red at Aloha Stadium!! Had a great time!! It really was a trip of a lifetime!!!

    Again welcome to U2start!!! I know you'll have great time here!!!

    I don't know if it was just me but it seemed like the Vertigo tickets cost less than the Elevation tickets. I picked mine up from Time's Supermarket for 47.00 total. The Elevation tix were 52.00 total. That was one positive economic downturn.

    I imagine U2 will be back just in time for the new stadium at Kapolei (they're considering trying to get the Olympics in Hawaii, I know madness, there aren't enough boats to house everyone)
