1. If the Killers come by, I'll probably try to snag some tickets via Tickets For Charity. Sure they cost $25 more, but the money's going to a charity of your choice and they tend to reserve a set amount of tickets for these things. That's how I managed to snag GA tickets to a sold-out U2 gig a few years back and that's probably how I'll get tickets again.

Couldn't pull up a pair anywhere in the arena, singles only. Skipping this.

    Try general sale?
  3. That was general sale. Im saying seats sold out in the presales beforehand.
  4. I cannot. sit. still. to "The Way it Was".

    Seriously.

  5. That is indeed the best song of the album imo, there are some other good songs (Runaways, Miss Atomic Bomb) But overall it is a dissapointed album. Its better then Day & Age but doesnt come close to Sam's Town and Hot Fuss, in my opinion of course
  6. I really dig 'Battle Born' (song) it really has a kind of U2-pace and feeling.

  7. Really? I'd say it has a lot more in common with a Queen song than a U2 song.

I honestly believe this is The Killer's best work. Considering the fact that the number of plays I've got on the new album surpasses both Hot Fuss and Sam's Town combined says quite a bit.
  9. now the dust has settled and the initial excitement has worn off, i'll say it's on a par with Day & Age (which i actually liked after it sunk in) but not better than the first two.

if they haven't topped those two by now, i doubt they ever will.
