  8. damn I'm going to listen to Pop for the first time in months! I'll write a brief review of what I think of it after all this time
  9. Pop battles All That You Can't Leave Behind as my second favorite U2 album (Achtung is obviously #1). I think it is an amazing album and I have come to love the songs that I wasn't too fond of when I first heard the album back in 2005.
  10. After listening to Pop again in full for the first time in AGES I realized it has aged pretty well. And also realized U2 themselves don't need to "polish up" or rework an of the tracks but that Pop could use some remixes! Since today's music scene is so dance oriented it could really work well a la Even Better the Fish Out of Water mix. Then maybe play those live to freshen them up and surprise the audience imo.

    Imagine a scenario where:
    Daft Punk remixes Do You Feel Loved, Above & Beyond remix Discotheque, Mat Zo remixes Mofo and Armin van Buuren remixes Staring at the Sun? It could be great imo

  12. LOL I was just throwing that out there, I feel like "I'm not the only one.... staring at the sun!" could really work at a club
