Not really, i mean he got a few new pedals from Death By Audio, but most of his sounds are very similar to last tour and the elevation tour sounds. Pride hasn't changed it's tone since Zoo or Pop pretty much.

Oh yes, if it is dry you should remove it, it won't do any good (and looks very bad for sure)... A soft damp coth and a bit of soap (or any grease/oil remover) will do it.
