  1. I got all my ladies out for a photoshoot today, and I thought I'd post a picture here. Hope you guys like it!

    - New 2010 Rickenbacker 330/6 I just acquired, loving it loving it loving it.
    - My custom fender strat with an american neck and a warmoth body and C69 pups, this is the guitar I'd carry with me to my grave
    - Epiphone Les Paul Custom, this is the one I'll probably upgrade next
    - Art and Lutherie acoustic guitar, my "dicking around" guitar.

    You sir, have some sexy guitars. That Epiphone is just epic, and that Rickenbacker is absoutely stunning. Loving the Fender too.

    Huh? Who said anything about replacing?!?! If you mean my saying "upgrade", I only meant putting better pickups in and perhaps better pots and a nut.

    By the way, for those willing to help me regarding the mirror Les Paul's request I did before: I don't need the pic from the Pop album's booklet, I already have that in 1800x1800 pixels... I would like to have other pics




  10. There are not that many pictures of that guitar. There is one pic of Dallas with it, not a big picture.

    ...Other than that, you might be able to scan the pic of your CD booklet and make that bigger.

    ...I don't know that guitar ever got used. I've not seen any pictures or video of Edge using it during the Popmart tour. It was later auctioned. Legend had it, it was quite heavy. I imagine it being covered in mirror-tiles might not have helped the tone of the guitar.
  11. Who cares, it looks cool, and that's what's most important

    Thought I'd post a recording I just made with the new guitar for you guys.

    First song recorded with the new 330/6, I'm loving this guitar the more and more I play it. It's so light, it plays and feels amazing, and it sounds great.

    You may think that the immense fuzz tone that the majority of this song holds barely shows off the personality of the guitar's sound, however the Rick gets that boxy fuzz sound that's on this song very well, it does it better than my other guitars. It sounds great.

  12. I like it a looooooot, Alex, a lot!! You're right, the super-fuzz fits the tone like a glove (specially from 2:21, the ascending "Ohh, ooh" scale). Well done!
    BTW: Is that the NLOTH backing track I included on my compilation a while ago?
