  1. I'm not thinking solid-body I have an acoustic guitar, and I have an Epiphone Les Paul Standard, so now I want a semi-acoustic to be a little more "complete"

  8. What is it about the Dot that you don't like? 'Cause I've read lots of reviews and everyone seems to love it.

    Have to say, I'm in the same boat as Olof, really would love to get a semi-acoustic next time out, and for my part haven't ever considered Ibanez semi-acoustics; checked some of them out on GAK, bookmarked a few for future reference, cheers for the pointer

    EDIT - fascinated by this - http://www.gak.co.uk/en/ibanez-msc380fm-trd-trans-red/45355; makes me think its their take on the Variax, not nut for bolt but that idea with different tone control, modelling thing etc.

  11. Yes and no. Edge used one on the flatbed truck during the filming of the "All Because of You" promo video but other than that...

    ...and that was probably only because Dallas was prepping the 'stage' guitars for the Brooklyn Bridge show later than evening.
