My friend Lee went to a Cheap Trick concert last week.(I woulda went, but was broke) He managed to get a backstage pass, and met the band. On top of that he got a brief solo dedicated to him( played on the five neck guitar). He was refered to as "The Fenderman" on account of his t-shirt. (he has since changed his myspace name to this complete with the story) Allegedly Rick Nillison, and Robin Zander are both really nice guys. Tom Petterson, and Bunny Carlos, dont talk much though. (I personally think they may be the most overlloked band of all time)

Ha, I have the same thing, the Epiphone pickups aren't great but I find they're not too bad. Jeff would be the one who'd be most likely to know what the pickups are, but remember it was a proper Gibson.

The issues with pickups were regarding one upgrading their Epiphone.

As for what pickups were in Edge's LP Customs, They were probably the T-Tops that I previously mentioned. There is a chance some alterations could have been made.

Some of Edge's guitars have been altered. One example being that a few have had the bridge pickups rewound.
