Because I already had/have a custom Strat, an Epi Les Paul and a Rickenbacker Decided it would've been overkill. Plus the LP can cover a lot of teh same territory as the sheraton.

heh, I also have an Epi Les Paul The sheraton just felt perfect, felt so nice in my hands.

I'm a little bit jealous of your guitars (Rickenbackers are awesome).

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, if I didn't have the other two guitars I probably would've went for it. But like I said, after thinking about it, I realized I already have enough territory covered!

It is a great feeling axe, it sounds beautiful too. And as for the looks? Nuff said.

And thanks! I've spent a lot of time and money getting them, and it was well worth it!

These are my ladies: (I've since modified the Les Paul a bit, looks identical to Edge's cream les paul now)

  3. Damn, I'll have to wait on that guitar for a while Three to four weeks, well, I guess that the one who waits for something good...

A store in town. They didn't have it in the natural finish I wanted it in, you they have to order it. And then it was out of stock with the general agent, so I'll have to wait for a while.
  6. The Edge talks Telecasters! (video)

    Enjoy!

  7. Jesus, that one he has in the video is lovely. What is it?
  8. He could at least have chosen a Telecaster withOUT the typical Stratocaster header...

I was thinking the same thing

  10. It IS a typical Telecaster headstock. (Well, typical for a Telecaster Deluxe - which come with that type of neck/headstock design).

But yes, I completely understand your point. I would think he might have pulled out the `66 ("Vertigo" / "...Boots" / "...Crazy...") Tele.

But his having this leads me to believe that it might be a recently acquired 'treasure'.

Here's (below) is a screencap of the Telecaster Deluxe (courtesy of a friend of mine on Interference), from the recent Fender Telecaster video with Edge.

  11. I don't like it that much anyways
