1. Hi Jeff Always a pleasure to see you around. Any insight on the posts above regarding Edge's guitars?

    They're FilterTron's but I don't know what kind.
No worries. Only thing I would follow-up with; per http://www.gretschguitars.com/products/index.php?partno=2400400806, if they're the stock ones, they're 'High Sensitive Filter'Tron™' p/ups.

(obviously if they're not the stock ones then yeah, no idea haha )

In other news, love the finish on the LP he used for Electric Co. the other night. Gorgeous.

New Bass Release – The Warwick Adam Clayton Signature Model…

Warwick’s cooperation with Adam Clayton of U2 goes back to 2008, when Adam contacted Warwick-founder and managing director Hans-Peter Wilfer about building a bass with his specific specifications and requirements. In 2010 the first Adam Clayton Signature model, the Warwick Reverso was born.

In 2013 Adam Clayton bought a new Warwick Streamer CV featuring a P-pickup. He liked this bass so much that he expressed the desire to make this his new signature-instrument. From this collaboration, the Warwick Adam Clayton Streamer CV Signature model was born. Adam showed and played this bass at the record release for U2’s new album “Songs of Innocence”. In addition, Adam uses his new Warwick signature bass for recordings and live gigs all around the world and you can see Adam playing his new Signature bass on their 2015 Innocence + Experience Tour. This Masterbuilt beauty is now available from the Warwick Custom Shop in Markneukirchen, Germany.

The new Warwick Adam Clayton Streamer CV Signature model is characterized by the following special details:

    – Maple machine heads
    – Maple trussrod cover
    – One piece maple neck
    – Maple fingerboard with beautiful black block-inlays
    – Brass nut and bridge
    – Black/White/Black Custom Shop pickguard
    – Passive Seymour Duncan P Quarter Pound (SSPB-3) pickup
    – Passive MEC electronics
    – Cream white high-gloss finish
    – Selected swamp-ash body, extra light

With his new Streamer CV Signature, Adam Clayton proves once more his intimate affection to Warwick instruments. We at Warwick feel particularly distinguished by Adam Clayton with this new signature-instrument.

In the foreseeable future we will report about the “little brother”, the Rockbass Adam Clayton Artist Line bass.

Warwick Adam Clayton RockBass Signature sells for $899.00 Great bass!
Finally, our boy gets his own sig model, love it.
  5. Isn't that the same Les Paul in which he played Mercy and the one-off Spanish Eyes last tour? Memory can cheat me but I'd swear it was a similar finish.

Can't say I'm sure - I thought he used the Music Rising LP for that, but too long ago for my brain to remember with any clarity!

You're right Sergio. Also used for New Years Day
  8. Even Edge needs a reminder every now and then

  9. Edge played Elevation on the Explorer during the Roxy show Another shocking change, although probably determined by the lack of space in the venue and (back)stage:

  10. Now that looks all wrong
  11. I wouldn't go that far... It sure looks strange tho
  12. Just like playing Streets on a SG.

Or SBS on an acoust....oh wait.
