Shimmer is great but hard to use, you have to be careful with it or it sounds shit.

I know that Edge uses an Infinite guitar for WOWY but on what tours did he use an e-bow? I know on the 360 tour he used an e-bow with a Tele for TUF.

He used the e-bow for TUF's bridge/solo since they started playing the song

Here you can't really tell if he's playing the e-bow due to the low image quality, but you can see he's leaving it on the piano at 3:05:

Apart from that, I don't know of any other songs in which he's played the e-bow live. I thought he used ebow for the final part of the LIB solo (the extra sustained part after the proper solo ends and before Bono's final verse) but I just checked it out and he doesn't, it must be a sustain/compressor pedal.

I've been wondering about this e-bow thing and looking for some info on it. I found this VERY interesting interview where he admits he played the ebow in more than one studio TUF song, but then reckons he only uses it for TUF (song) live.

I think I saw Edge using an ebow during WOWY. I can't remember which tour/show it was though. Perhaps he uses the ebow as a back up if the infinite guitar isn't working. I bet it's really difficult to use when playing WOWY since you have to go from the sustained part to the normal guitar part pretty quickly.
