    its a rubber bag, filled with sand......... my arms feel fine, but now that I think of it, yeah, my arms should be screrwed up

    Awesome!

    Yeah, I actually don't get the full pain of a good weightlifting session until the 2nd day after. So two days from now I won't be able to lift my own arms to wash my hair!!

    I feel it the day after but every time, it getts better than the last, which makes it all worth it
