    RS seems completely fucked, whenever I try an RS link now it just comes up with a network error message lol.

    Its at a dermatologist's office.... so when a patient calls the office, either to report blood sugars, ask questions, etc., they write down the info, caller, etc. on a "triouge" sheet. What I do is put those sheets in the correct patient file
