Just 2. Oh, wait, 3. Actually funny story. My computer in my office doesn't work so I had to use the one in the faculty area of the library today. So I'm on here and Interference and my Asst. Principal walks by.
ME: Totally work related
AP: riiiiiiiiiiiiight! Is that Bono I see?
Me: (he knows I'm kidding) Yeah, it's a really great lesson on... erm...
AP: (shakes his head, laughing) Addict!

Yeah, for a couple reasons. One one hand I get kids shoved into my class who don't want to be there. On the other hand, I have more kids auditioning for my upper classes than I have room for and have to turn kids away. And we have after school rehearsals quite a bit too - but no worse than grading English essays or whatever. (I hate grading papers and try to do it as infrequently as possible!!!)
What do you do when you're not writing the great american movie or recovering from a traumatic spinal injury anyway?

I figured. Anything interesting? Anything you didn't know before?
Originally posted by zooeyYou did mention the Portland thing - not the Masters thing though. I got mine a few years back - didn't have to take the GRE though *wipes brow* I would have totally failed the math part!!
I read somewhere that there were only 9 cases like yours since 2004!
Anyway. I"m super sleepy and gonna go to bed. Have a good night![]()

one last question if you have time: how come you didn't have to do the GRE?

One of two reasons I'm guessing. One, it was a program for teachers and they figured we were half intelligent already or #2: it was for theatre and they figured we don't really need to know math and language skills if we're "just" going to do theatre (never mind script writing or wiring lighting and sound equipment). Who knows? I"m not complaining!
See you tomorrow!![]()
