    It is...if he's there you might spot him when you wait around his house. If you see him, just ask him for a picture. I'm sure he will do that.

    The easiest way to tell would be to find an IP address in Hanover Quay or Digital.CC, then get a site admin to check the IP address logs - that would tell you easily enough. The same way certain organisations on sites such as YouTube and Facebook find the original poster / uploader - and then get in touch with the internet service provider.
