Agree, although the crowd was waaaay better than with Coldplay's gig. Very solid and strong performance indeed, highlights were Chasing Cars for me and Run. Also Laura Jansen did a great job with Third Bar. Encore was a bit mediocre with The Lightning Strike. Good song but the crowd didn't know it. You're All I Have was a good end but I prefer some more rockers in the end. Missed Batten Down The Hatch too.

Promoted our site with my U2start-shirt btw, maybe we have some new members lol
  2. hahaha, GREAT one Casper, GREAT one
  3. That quick? Wow

Thanks for the link, I will download it tomorrow. How's the quality anyway?

  4. 3.5 stars, I think. Gary is a bit distant. Good acoustics though.
  5. thank you very much
  6. Didn't make it lat night. Dodgy fall at football in Friday night. All reports suggest it was a great gig though (as ever). Biggest gig ever in the North, taking the previous record from U2 who held it from 97. Local radio are doing a broadcast tomorow evening said to consist of performances and interviews. TV broadcasting an hour on Wednesday aswell. Not bad.
  7. Sorry you couldn't make it. From what I've read and saw so far, it must have been majestic. Hoping for a better version of the new song "Big Broken".
  8. I'll await the next album tour. Setlist was missing old stuff I hear. I"ll upload the radio broadcast tomorrow evening. Gary mentioned the new album aswell apparently.
  9. Which venue was it at?
  10. Ward Park. Big field
