  3. Has to be an oldie full band version for me. Run is just their ISHFWILF now.
  5. Oxegen is awesome too, Arno. But V Festival is quite more special because of the circumstances... Oasis cancelled their concert and the audience was really upset - yet they gave Snow Patrol one of the best crowd participations I've ever listened. Whoa. And seeing Gary almost crying with it and saying at the ned (not in the video) "You know? As a boy, as a young young boy playing along wiht the tennis racket to AC/DC songs in my bedroom... This is the type of moment that I dreamt of, this is the very kind of moment that I ever dreamt of having! Thank you for giving me that!!". I can feel that's one of the most sincere thank you's I ever heard by any artist.

  6. It's still watered down a bit compared to the Somerset House version for eg. Still a good sing song.

    One song annoying me nowadays is Open Your Eyes. They constantly have Gary's guitar buried. That's the best part. All that can be heard after the intro is piano and Nathan's (nice but not as good as Gary's) melodies. Grgh.

    All the new songs sounded great last night. Shame there was only 4 or so.

    Full set from last friday at T in the Park!



    They are such a great live band, never thought I would say that about another band than U2. But after seeing them 3 times this year ( last saturday in Holland, great memories :-)))) I am really enjoying them seeing live.

    I wish they would anouce new shows in Ireland soon, as the rumours goes ;-)
  10. Going to a small gig in a bar next week. Local fella playing. Mr Lightbody tweeted to say he will be there. Would love a guest performance from him or at least a quick meet and greet.
