  3. I just have listened to it! It's genuie!!
    In the songs there is the soul of Paul Rodgers, but the songs are very Queen-ish too.
    My favourites are Cosmos Rockin', C-lebrity, Still Burnin', Warboys, and Say It's Not True but the best song of the album for me, is Small. But I don't like the song called Call Me...
    It's a very good album, you just mustn't listen to it like a Queen album, because it's Queen & Paul Rodgers.
    I can't wait their concert in Budapest in 28/10!
  4. Not to keen on this...haven't heard much of it, but Queen is nothing without Freddie. Same goes for U2 without Bono.

    It's not Queen, it's Queen & Paul Rodgers. Not Queen.

    Just like U2 without Bono isn't U2. But if the three member of U2 wants to play with Bruce Springsteen, they will be U2 & Bruce Springsteen. And that's not U2 either.

    I agree, but in that case I'd rather say Edge, Adam and Larry with Bruce.

    It is, and Queen = Brian May, Roger Taylor & Freddie Mercury and John Deacon. Not just Brian May and Roger Taylor. So I think that they should perform under a different name.

    That said, this record is not all that bad. I still think Paul Rodgers doesn't really fit with the Queen songs. But at least it's better than someone who tries to imitate Freddie.

  10. Which is worse? Queen with Paul Rodgers, INXS with J.D. Fortune, or Alice In Chains with William Duvall? Damn rock stars dying too young.
  11. I see Paul rogers got some fans.....

    My thought is that freddie mercury was Queen. Of course Paul will never be freddie, but I'm glad he isn't trying to.

    To me C-lebrity captures Queen's live sound on record...and thesinger def has a good voice.
