We got a new coach this year, and I had played for him previously in a different league, so I guess I had impressed him or something with my maturity. Here we are, a year later looking for a coach, and my dad (he's the athletic director) and the rest of the "board" for the team decide we need a new coach. So I beg my dad to hire him and they interview him, and he really impressed them. So the coach then talks to me and says that since we have a close relationship, he wants me to be his coach on the floor. So then last week, first week of practices btw, I sprain my ankle. So since I'm in charge of the point guards, I'm now basically babying them and having to explain the offense to them while being injured.
Well, there's this one kid who the coach brought along who is obviously trying to take my spot, and he's not very good. And his attitude sucks, and he never passes the ball. Long story short, I'm gonna have a talk with coach and then ask if we can let him go lol...
tell the coach to tell the kid change his attitude, because the exits right over there. its called sportsmanship, not assholeship.
