  9. Don't think so. If he were, obviously it would be posted here. Moreover, his pages are from 116 to 124, that's waaaaay too far from being the main article - and therefore being the cover.

  12. Indeed, the likelihood I'd say is that it's just a case of him getting some sort of honourable mention somewhere along the line on the cover, e.g. "also in this issue" or something.
