Great 2 cam mix from the last night of the first Leg of the Elevation Tour. Great video quality, even better audio. A better watch then the official Boston release. Nice relaxed performance by the band.
PS : Ignore the quality of Elevation. These cameras performed poorly when the house lights were on and the quality drastically improves before Beautiful Day.
Image on all 3 cams is great, the mix is excellent and the audio is also top top notch. It's a full 2 hour show and comes in at 7 links which isn't too bad considering. The only downside I can see of this show is that at times things can get a little dark but thats no fault of the video and it doesn't detract from the overall viewing experience. As
After much plugging and enthusiasm by myself, here we go. I've watched it twice through already. It comes in at just over one hour of brilliance. The footage is 95% from the final night and the tapers vantage point is amazing (right on the front rail) a mere 12 feet from the band. I don't need to mention the performance as you already know it.
It is a digicam which should mean that it's crap but this one is decent. Being in the front row, somehow or taper managed to keep still for the majority of the taping. In the true nature of digicams though, the picture does get a little grainy during darker more enthusiastic parts of the show (notably Streets and The Fly) but overall it is a great great great watch. It creates levels of intimacy that U2:3D just about managed. You can see Bono and Edges facial expressions for most of the time.

All of the complete songs (in bold) are from the final night. Walk On and COBL appear to be from the first night and I haven't checked the rest as there maybe 2 cameras on the front rail. Correct if you wish.
So here is another one of the "essential" U2 pro-shots, the Joshua Tree LA show. I'm sure all of the traders on the site have this awesome show already, but if you're new to Video Bootlegs, grab this one! It's absolutely amazing. Picture quality is great, although there are a few spots with blurry pixelation.
Now it's my turn to post a video for you all. This is the October Gateshead show, which is one of the essentials in my mind. The video quality is decent, but there are a few spots where it shows it's age. It runs about 22 minutes, and features a great interview with the band in between Rejoice and The Electric Co.
As many of you know it's a must-have for the serious U2-addict; it features a lot of specials during the show. With Björn and Benny of Abba, Bono getting a piercing-injury and live-contact with John (a U2-fan who had won a contest and got the show exclusive live broadcasted on his TV , and some great performances of WGRYWH, Ultraviolet, Dancing Queen, WOWY and Desire (where Bono tries to say in Swedish 'You know something? You're fucking beautiful!') this show is one of the best of the Zoo TV tour.

Here we have the full 3 episodes of the highly entertaining 'A Day In The Life Of The Edge' series filmed by Bono for Yahoo's Current DVD during their stop of in Miami on the third leg of the Vertigo Tour. This show offers a great insight into the great man and shows why he is thee best member of U2. Watch out for 'I don't want to be on the news, you wanna be on the news' and the lovely little rendition of In A Little While at the lifeguard hut. Great stuff.
As a bonus I have chucked in the U2//Green Day set from the 2006 Superdome re-openinig half time show. This is the full set featuring Wake Me Up When September Ends - Saint's and Beautiful Day accompanied by a full brass section band. Great energetic performance. Things in the video get a little cloudy because of the pace of the performance.
They are back. iPod ready bootlegs should now benome a regular feature aagain. The comeback starts with a decent 2 cam mix if the finale of the Elevaton tour. Tw0 great camera angles with the audio sourced from Bono's IEM. I always prefered the audience sourced audio but since this was the only one of the two I could find the IEM wins. Click track is fairly prominent throughout.
Good show all around with hilghts including In God's Country and the Wild Horses snippet at the end of Bad. Enjoy.
