  12. I do like it a lot more than I thought I would. A good solid rock album.

    Most of those reports focus on Rose's poor promotion of the album and his delayed time to release the album, as well as them still thinking it's a Guns 'N Roses album. He's as much to blame as anyone, but it's a decent album and the mastering job on it is nothing short of brilliant, just like I remember the other five albums.

    Forget the Dr Pepper incident, the long-gone band members, the belated almost 20 year delivery time, the demo and rehearsal bootlegs and any thoughts of Spaghetti Incident / Use Your Illusion. Just think of it as ''The Axl Rose Project'' for 2008, not Guns 'N Roses - because it sure as hell isn't, and your opinion changes a lot.

    Well worth the 71 minutes.
