1. i guess it's enough to attend one show (or listen to a bootleg at least) to understand why
it's not just for his music (they say it's a matter of taste for that hehe) .. in the last decade i like only the last album and some songs here and there .. it's his way to live music and give it and himself to the fans and not. you will never see him go off the stage lets say dry and clean .. giving more than he has each and every night, being always surprising
when dark clouds came over his future (Clarence lost) he rose himself again with a good album, not a mastepiece album followed by a masterpiece of a tour like this current one.
and there can be lots of other words to explain but like i said at the beginning .. just one of his gig works far way better to explain
  2. it's coz he's not dipped that much in quality over the years, he's fairly consistent, ie. wrecking ball was released to rave reviews and he still packs stadiums out with little promotion.

U2, however, as much as we all obviously love them, haven't made a proper masterpiece in at least a decade. plus half the world hates bono anyway.

  3. Just night one, sadly. I have an offer for a night two ticket, but it's another $100 and I have a lot going on right now. One is enough.
  4. and what a night what a guest!!!!!

  5. Atlantic City... One of my favorite songs of all time... And it just has to be with Mr. Eddie Vedder too. Fuck I'm jealous of that.
  6. "Only" 28 songs though? How long was the show in time?
  7. Pretty awesome. Restating my twitter jealousy here
  8. Yeah I was amazed that it was only 28 songs because it felt like forever. I would say a good 4 or 5 songs lasted >7mins though. The jams and running through the audience and just sheer never-letting-up was outstanding.
  9. There is a video of Atlantic City on YouTube. I'll post in a moment if no-one beats me to it.

    Here we go:
