  2. american land video to rip audio from and complete the gig.

  3. Brisbane 1 recording was from internal mics as well, but I think it's a better recording than Sydney 1. On dime the Sydney 1 taper commented that someone is following Bruce to all 10 shows with external mics to tape, and that they will be released. So we get these internal mic recordings to tie us over until the better ones pop up.

it is maybe just a tiny bit better but there's not much in it. Both are more than good enough for me and it's great that we've basically started back where we left off with recordings appearing straight away.
  5. Had the iPod on shuffle today and came across the Live 1975-1985 version of The River, complete with Bruces story about his draft experience and story of his father. Don't think there is any better version than that one. Anyone disagree?
  6. i'm bursting out Brisbane right now .. it's a bit loaded on the bass tone but it's really ok for now
i too read about other sources should come so i try to use my patience for Sydney mainly for the completeness

that LA Coliseum version from Born in the USA tour is more than awesome indeed .. Bruce was very moved
however for certain songs it's very hard to tag a version the best .. there is plenty of great ones over the years
that is a serious candidate though
