  3. Bit of an anti climax all in all. When Bruce pulled out tougher than the rest I thought the setlist was going to be blown wide open and anything was going to happen. Especially when he took my sign for the Promise. Told me to give it to him.. And he plays fucking Johnny 99 instead. Disgusting. Overall still a good show, If I Fall Behind was actually a highlight, so too the River, Atlantic City, Tougher and the opening four pack. Other than that it was dull and short. Only about 2 hours 51 minutes. Dancing in the Dark was played.
  4. Band introductions were in Tenth Ave and done in 30 seconds.

    can't trust btx shocker!
  6. Yeah I've given btx the correct information now. Still cannot believe he personally asked me for my Promise sign, takes it up, and ends up picking another up and playing Johnny 99. Hopefully tomorrow night, the crew took it downstairs for him so fingers crossed
  7. he does take a lot of signs though i've seen him get to max's drumkit with both arms full and then just two or three get played. You'd think he'd at least think before picking them up in the first place.
  8. Yeah well he looked at mine and said oh The Promise I like that or something and took it. All up he took 6 with mine, two were for the Promise that he grabbed, the others were Atlantic City, Johnny 99, Mary's Place (my sister's sign) and Thunder Road..
  9. No big deal but god I've seen enough signs over here asking for The Promise and he's written it on the set so I thought he would have wanted to bring it out. So many signs for it tonight. Only one last show to hope for it
  10. just bumped into this on you tube and for a few seconds i thought it had finally sneaked out of the inner circle traders but it is unfortunately just the audio of the greatest concert in history. If you haven't heard it brace yourselves. Take a bow mr persic and your recording equipment - just keep telling yourselves this is a 1981 audience recording.
  11. Greatest concert in history? O_o
  12. it is: it's monumental, i've heard roughly 6000 and it's head and shoulders above everything else.
