    I am constantly amazed on this forum by the knowledge that some members have that stretches across various artists. I can only keep up with U2 haha. I love a lot of Springsteen material and own all of his studio albums, but I come in here and feel like a newcomer still

    Totally. Same about Pearl Jam and others. I am this big of a fan of U2, Coldplay and Muse... But Bruce's world is totally different, bigger, older, deeper... In the current tour, he plays an average of 5 songs per show that I don't know - and I consider myself a fan!

    try juggling about 20 obsessions - there aren't enough hours in the day.

    seriously, don't be harsh on yourself(ves) whatever some people might have you believe not knowing, for example the differences between take one and take 42 (not a joke, the released one) of candy's room may not be a bad thing. No i don't know the differences in them all either.

    Now i may be being overly critical or picky but i don't think that's anywhere near as good as either oslo there's no real adventure in it at all.
  8. One hell of a show. My voice is kind of shot. Hearing No Surrender with two classmates you've gone to Stockholm with sure is something.

    Yeah I agree. Nothing special at all. Not even half as great as the Euro shows from last year. The tour is going downhill imo.
  11. it's clearly one of those setlists where you have to be there to enjoy it. I don't think he'll do the full albums when he only plays a single date in a city as they change the flow of the show too much - one reason why i don't think u2 will ever do them - everything on born to run, darkness and born in the usa gets a regular outing anyway (with maybe the exceptions of the likes of meeting across the river, streets of fire, factory, my hometown). You certainly can't, sadly, do a full nebraska or tunnel in a stadium and probably not greetings, wiess or the river either but they are the albums which would bring genuine surprises to the set lists.
